The villa has a tavern for having various celebrations, as well as a kitchen if you wish to prepare yourselves apersonal menu. On your request we can prepare you delicious homemade food. The capacity of the villa is for 12 adults with an option for accommodation of children on existing bedding or on an extra bed. You can take along your pet.
General terms and conditions.
1. Prices are for TWO pesons and are inclusive of:
- a night and (breakfast, lunch, dinner) as per the chosen option and package
- use of a swimming pool during the spring (01.06.2015 – 15.09.2015)*;
- use ofbarbecue;
- use ofa tennis table;
- board games;
- tourism fee;
- insurance;
- VAT;
2. Discounts for children aged up to 12 years:
А) at two adults:
- first child on an extra bed - 50% of the price per an adult based on ОB*;
- secondchild on an extra bed - 25% of the package price per an adult;
B) at one adult:
- one child on a regular bed – 25% of the package price per one adult;
- second child on an extra bed – 50% of the package price per one adult;
- third child on an extra bed – 100% % of the price per one adult based on ОВ*;
3. Discounts for adults on an extra bed;
- an adult on an extra bed – 30% of the package price per one adult on a regular bed.
4. Price per bed in a double/triple room used as single room;
- uponuse of a price at the reception desk, additional payment is 60% of the value of the second bed based on ОB regardlessof the base selected by the guest;
- uponuse of a package price additional payment is 50% of the value of the second bed based on ОB regardlessof the package chosen by the guest.
5. Additional terms;
- prices are valid both for Bulgarian and for foreign guests;
- the above prices are not valid for: Christmas and New Year holidays, Easter holidays, national, student’s and other holidays, as well as proms. The prices during holiday periods are shown in separate offers and are only valid for a specified holiday for both Bulgarian and foreign guests.
